Summer skiing in Norway
Norway’s three summer ski resorts have all started their seasons, so there’s no need to pack away those skis until next year.
In Norway you can ski all year round, thanks to the summer resorts of Folgefonn, Stryn and Galhopiggen.

“Skiing in summer is something different. It is somewhat surreal that it feels like summer but still you are skiing. With 15-16 degrees and sun it feels very warm. Then it is not unheard of that people drop a few layers,” says Jens-Andreas Loland in Skiinfo to aftenposten.no.
Norway is the perfect destination for year round skiing, and conditions at the moment are good with loads of snow.
